Adora Handmade Chocolates

Nestled in a valley opposite the Cooks River, Adora Handmade Chocolates turn out some classy truffles for the lucky cyclists that may chance upon this place.

The Sydney Morning Herald Foodies’ Guide to Sydney says that the Adora team is headed by Tina Vamvoukakis and chocolatier Marc Pierard.

There’s a range of 20 “gorgeous spike balls”, as well as 14 other types of chocolates. Other flavours include chocolate chilli and masala chai.

I’ve driven past this place loads of times, not realising it was such a foodie treasure. Will check it out very soon.

UPDATE: Had a coffee and some very beautiful almond and dark chocolate spike balls with Dad post-auction on Saturday. They were sensational.
